2010

For the past seven years the Grand Am Owners Club has has it's annual meet hosted in Albany NY. The eighth annual GAOC Meet will be held August 19-22. But thanks to the absolute worst Governor in the history of New York State, Governor David Paterson would rather hand out raises to his employees and spend money on expensive carpets for the mansion than keep State Parks open to the public. So instead of having our Show and Shine at Thacher Park like we have for the past seven years we are currently looking for a new location. Racing will still be at Lebanon Valley Dragway since Paterson hasn't taken that away from the people of the great state of New York, yet. But with all that aside we will indeed have a great time and tons of fun with old and new friends. For more information check out the Grand Am Owners Club. Or see the links below for images from past events.

Consumer and Enthusiast Alert!
Member's car damaged at Wet Willy's Car Wash in Latham NY.
Photobucket
After the exhaust was ripped off while having his car washed,
a fellow member made a phone call to the contact number on their website.
Person on the other end claimed there was no way their wash could damage the vehicle
without even coming down to see what happened. They show no concern for the consumer.
If you are in the Latham area and need your vehicle washed steer away from Wet Willys
Hoffmans Car wash is only a few blocks to the north or about half a mile to the south.
Hoffmans also leads the industry in NY for many years and have a great reputation.
